1. SPRING ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
- Spring load/height curve graphical tools - analyze force/height and spring rate K at any point on curve.
- Spring re-design and reverse engineering module insures improved coiler setup.
2. SPRING MEASUREMENT
- Free length L0, and L1, L2, L3, LS, spring rate K and initial tension measurement.
- Spring presetting before test.
- A time setting for spring replacement.
- Tolerance setting available, color and buzzer alarm for bad spring.
- All set-up data and measurement results can be stored and easily retrieved via the LCD display.
- On screen distribution charting and reports for SPC control.
- Imperial and metric units switchable.
- A standard PC compatible printer can be connected via parallel or USB connection. (Optional)
